Project Insite was established by David Klein in early 2011. Prior to then, David had been employed as an Associate Director and Project Manager for a large professional project management consultant.
Project Insite is a professional and independent building project management, construction contract superintendent and strategic property advisory consultancy. The team has successfully delivered complex projects for our clients across the residential, commercial, retail, education and government sectors.
David established Project Insite and has over 25 years experience in managing a wide variety of projects from feasibility and project planning stages, through all design phases, coordination of government authority approvals, tendering, contract and construction management. He now specializes in managing high-end residential homes and commercial developments, but has a very broad experience also covering corporate fit-outs, local government projects, education and infrastructure developments,
Oanh joined Project Insite in 2012 as a director and provides translation services as well as managing the office. Oanh brings a wonderfully positive and level-headed approach to the business.
Jeremy first joined Project Insite in 2013 managing the construction of 28 townhouses at the GTV9 development. Jeremy brings over 20 years of professional experience to Project Insite and has worked closely with large institutional clients including Qantas, KPMG and more recently RMIT University where Jeremy is our champion across the education sector.
Fanus recently joined Project Insite and is a collaborative project manager with expertise gained over 20+ years of property development experience in South Africa and recently in Australia. He leads the planning, financial feasibility analysis, design, and construction of projects. Being an outcome-focused project leader with a sharp focus on ethics, quality, and excellence, he is driven to deliver solutions that exceed client and customer expectations.
Craig brings over 15 years of experience in program management and project management to the team, having worked on a diverse range of projects across social housing, recovery and education sectors. From initial feasibility and project planning through design, approvals, and construction management, Craig excels in delivering strategic infrastructure programs. He now specialises in managing complex government and private industry projects.
